• Only damaged, defective, incorrect items can be returned , check more detail info below
• If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect and you want to return, you must send us pics of the return items !
• You can submit your return for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Don't wait a month BB, we won't be able to help.
• Buyer need ship back the return items you and pay the shipping cost
by themselves
• Buyer need hold onto your return tracking #,we can’t look up your return without it.
• It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
• Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
• If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return
• The shipping Cost and return shipping cost will not be returned
